MOL-CHAIN HT 250 is high temperature resistant, fully synthetic industrial chain oil produced by blending of carefully selected synthetic esters and ash less EP & AW additives. It also contains special polymers providing fluid the ability of hanging on the chain surface and not drip. It is a very thermal stable fluid and when composed, does not leave any residue on the chains.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-CHAIN HT 250 is suitable for use in furnace conveyor chains found commonly in paint, fiberglass, Rockwool, ceramic, textile, iron steel, metallurgy, and etc. industries. It can be employed at high temperatures up to 300°C. For the optimum performance, it is recommended that the chains to be cleaned thoroughly before using oil. The chain oil can be applied by spraying, brushing or dipping. Upon application, it leaves an oily non-dripping lubricating film. Oiled chains can later be cleaned easily by solvent or alkaline degreasers.
