MOL-MET 22 is neat cutting oil especially designed for heavy-duty machining of alloyed steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. It Is formulated with highly refined mineral oils, special lubricity agents and active sulfur containing EP additives. Efficient combination of these additives provides excellent lubricity and cutting performance with very long tool life and outstanding surface quality of the machined pieces.

MOL-MET Series also provides corrosion prevention on machined pieces and contributes to easier disposal of used oil, thus reducing related costs.

APPLICATIONS

MOL-MET Series is broadly used in drilling, tapping and thread cutting operations on automatic lathes. It is also suitable for internal broaching of gear wheels as well as boring, milling and turning.
