MOL-SFIN 4413 is a spin finish designed for FDY route of Polyester Yarn. It impacts powerful static protection and optimum lubrication for low friction combined with excellent filament bundle cohesion.

APPLICATIONS

– MOL-SFIN – 4413 may be applied as an aqueous emulsion of 15% to 20% concentration, prepared by adding the oil slowly into de-mineralized water with agitation.
– Application levels of 1.0 – 1.4% on the weight of the yarn are recommended for FDY yarn depending on the number of filaments.
– To prevent bacterial growth, Spinaid – 500 antibacterial chemical should be added to the emulsion, 500 – 1000 ppm on the total weight of the Emulsion.
