DESCRIPTION

MOL-SFIN 2007 is a thermally stable Spin Finish designed for Polyester POY yarn for high speed friction Draw Texturing process (DTY). This Spin Finish shows very little deposition on both heater plates and produces excellent yarn quality, low broken filament and less breaks in DTY process.

APPLICATIONS

– Take required quantity of DM water in the preparation tank at about 30 Deg C.
– Add required quantity of SFIN-2007 Finish oil slowly to DM Water with constant stirring.
– In general 10 to 12 wt% emulsion is best suited for Polyester POY for DTY route.
– Recommended Oil-Pick-Up% for most yarn varieties ranges from 0.40 to 0.60%.
